​Transformative Life Coaching at The Reiki Room

​

About 3 years ago my then 17 year old son asked me a question out of the blue which got me thinking "How many lives have you had Dad!" 

My answer was that in this current journey on Mother Earth i have had many lives. The first 14 years were relatively "normal" but after that you could say i rode the wave and experienced everything i could before LIFE took over. Job, Mortgage, Marriage, Children, Worries, Anxiety, Depression, Debt and so much more, some fabulous (Julie and my boys) and some not so great, but lessons learned, and as the old saying goes "That's Life"

But it isn't life, its what society tells us is life but deep down we all know it is just not true.

The Japanese have The Philosophy of Ikigai, a life establishing theory of the true meaning of life which involves finding what you love, are good at, that serves the world around you and pays for what you need. Just like the saying "Find what you love, make it what you do and you will never work another day again"

Easier said than done of course, but so many have, including me, and believe me if i can you can and so with that experience i would like to help you find your Ikigai.

 

And so ask yourself, would you like:

At The Reiki Room our coaching is an accompaniment approach designed to assist you in clarifying your life purpose, aligning your life with your core values, and realising your full potential. We offer and practice a process of personal and professional development that focuses on discovering and actualising the meaning of life.

Our Life Coaching program will enable you to overcome internal and external obstacles that may be preventing you from living in harmony with your life purpose. This may involve tackling limiting beliefs, fears, and resistance to change. We will be beside you on every step of this transformation process by providing suitable tools, resources and personal support.

And by living in harmony with our life mission, we experience more satisfaction, joy, and fulfilment on a daily basis and feel in sync with ourselves allowing a sense of making a difference in the world through our talents and passions.

​With our April and July dates nearly fully booked we have secured a 3rd date in the Spiritual Centre and Heart Chakra of the world, Glastonbury to celebrate Samhain, all witches are welcome.

We have a deep and immersive weekend lined up from the moment we arrive on the Friday to our departure on Sunday. But it doesn’t end there as we have a very special diversion on the return journey.

We arrive Glastonbury and dive straight into the culture with a welcome Circle at the wonderful Goddess Temple followed by a quiet opportunity for contemplation and journalling at St. Margarets Chapel.

And then its back to our wonderful rustic farmhouse sitting at the base of the iconic Glastonbury Tor for us to settle in, have dinner and drift away for the evening with a beautifully soothing Crystal Bowl Meditation.

 

Saturday and we are up for Yoga before breakfast followed by a guided walk to the famous Glastonbury Tor, a visit to the White Springs, the Chalice Well, and then picnic.

And then its time to hit all the wonderful shops. If it is spiritual, you can get it here.

Before returning to the farm for rest or partaking in the afternoon workshops.

 

We rise slowly and gently on Sunday with a Yoga session followed by breakfast and then its all aboard the bus for a road trip to the fabulous Avebury Stone circle, think Stonehenge on steroids for an afternoon of deep connection.

 

And then its home, with all our wonderful memories and stories x
