A beautiful 2 hours of Cacao ceremony, Yoga, Reiki, Energy work , Meditation and lots of different topics covered for you to create your toolbox of zen
It is thought that when women come together in healing circle , ripples of healing are sent accross the earth !
Women have been gathering in circles for over 3000 years so why not now.
The evening will be a chance to recharge, restore, heal, share, connect
the evenings are based around energy healing and each circle will have a different focus and something different to tap into as a way of healing on all levels as it is often said , we cannot pour from an empty cup
Come along for some lovely stretches, visualisation, meditation, oracle cards, crystals and reiki and discussions
